About Zhexing Precision Bearing

Our story

Zhexing Precision Bearing was founded in 2001 in Cixi, Ningbo, Zhejiang. The company has changed its legal name since then. It was formerly Cixi Chuangwei Bearing Co., Ltd., and older documents still carry that name. The bearings we make today are sold under the NCWY brand.

Our core work is precision, low-noise deep groove ball bearings for electric motors and household appliances, and the processes on the shop floor are built around those two markets. We also manufacture angular contact ball bearings in P4, P5 and P6 precision classes for high-speed spindles, quoted to drawing and working conditions.

What we make

This website lists 35 standard deep groove models with bores from 3 to 20 mm and outside diameters from 7 to 42 mm, in the 60, 62, 63, 68 and 69 series. One thin-section model (16101) and one self-aligning bearing (1200) complete the range.

Standard choices:

• Noise grades ZV1, ZV2, ZV3, ZV4 and EMQ / CM
• Precision grades P0, P6 and P5 (ABEC-1, ABEC-3, ABEC-5)
• Radial clearance C0, C2, C3, C4 and C5
• GCr15 chrome steel rings at 58–62 HRC, with steel or nylon cages
• Open, ZZ metal shield, 2RS rubber seal or 2RZ

Parts outside the catalogue are part of the work too, such as the 6203/8, which puts an 8 mm bore on the standard 6203 outside diameter, and a 6202 supplied with ceramic balls.

Beyond the catalogue

Angular contact ball bearings in P4, P5 and P6 precision classes are manufactured for high-speed spindle applications and quoted from the drawing. Development work is under way on four-point contact bearings and thin-wall four-point contact bearings for combined axial and radial loads in compact envelopes; sample and specification requests can be discussed as those projects progress.

How we work

Annual output is 28 million precision motor bearings. The minimum for standard models is 2,000 pcs, and trial orders are negotiable; samples are available. Standard lead time is 7–25 days, and special or custom orders take 30–50 days. Payment is T/T 30% in advance with the balance against B/L copy, or L/C at sight. Shipments leave from Ningbo or Shanghai. Our main markets are China, Taiwan (China), the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

Quality and people

The same inspection equipment is used for a sample run and for a production carton. The workshop includes grinding and superfinishing, and inspection uses a roundness tester, profile projector, metrology instruments and a Taylor-type surface instrument. The grinding and inspection teams work from the same specification for a sample and for a production order. ISO 9001, CE, SASO and PVOC documentation is available on request. Looking ahead

We want to be a straightforward supplier for appliance and motor assembly plants: bearings that behave the same from lot to lot, documents that arrive with the goods, and a factory that answers questions about material and packing.
