Overview
1200 is a self-aligning ball bearing with a 10 mm bore, 30 mm outer diameter and 9 mm width, part of the Thin-section & Special family. Boundary dimensions follow ISO 15 self-aligning ball bearing dimensions and are cross-checked against the factory attribute tables where available.
Thin-section and self-aligning variants: the 16101 thin-section bearing and the 1200 self-aligning bearing. Custom bores such as the 8 mm-bore 6203/8 and the 12 × 28 × 10 mm 62001 are produced to drawing and listed in the 62 Series. Open as standard; shields/seals on request. Supplied in precision grades P0/P6/P5 and radial clearance C0/C2/C3/C4/C5. Typical applications include thin-section motor assemblies, household appliances, instrumentation, conveyors.
Self-aligning double-row design tolerates shaft misalignment. Other self-aligning sizes are available on request. Open as standard; shields/seals on request.

- Precision P0, P6, P5; clearance C0, C2, C3, C4, C5; noise grades ZV1, ZV2, ZV3, ZV4, EMQ / CM.
- GCr15 chrome steel (100Cr6), 58–62 HRC; steel or nylon cage options.
- Stainless rings, ceramic balls and non-standard sizes can all be ordered to drawing; black chamfer, chamfer colour, custom grease and customer marking also available on request.
