Overview
16101 is a thin-section deep groove ball bearing with a 12 mm bore, 30 mm outer diameter and 8 mm width, part of the Thin-section & Special family. Boundary dimensions are produced to customer drawing / factory tables (non-standard envelope or special bore) and are cross-checked against the factory attribute tables where available.
Thin-section and self-aligning variants: the 16101 thin-section bearing and the 1200 self-aligning bearing. Custom bores such as the 8 mm-bore 6203/8 and the 12 × 28 × 10 mm 62001 are produced to drawing and listed in the 62 Series. It is normally supplied open or with ZZ metal shields, 2RS rubber seals or 2RZ seals, in precision grades P0/P6/P5 and radial clearance C0/C2/C3/C4/C5. Typical applications include thin-section motor assemblies, household appliances, instrumentation, conveyors.

- Precision P0, P6, P5; clearance C0, C2, C3, C4, C5; noise grades ZV1, ZV2, ZV3, ZV4, EMQ / CM.
- GCr15 chrome steel (100Cr6), 58–62 HRC; steel or nylon cage options.
- Stainless rings, ceramic balls and non-standard sizes can all be ordered to drawing; black chamfer, chamfer colour, custom grease and customer marking also available on request.
