Bearing Machining Process

From rings to a finished bearing

NCWY deep groove ball bearings are finished in our own workshop in Cixi, Ningbo. After grinding and superfinishing, the rings move into assembly: balls and cage go in, grease is filled, seals or shields are pressed, then each lot is noise-tested and visually checked before packing. The clips below show four of those steps as they run on the line — not a studio demo.

Assembly / 装配

Inner and outer rings, balls and cage are put together on the assembly station. Operators follow the model and the order: cage type, ball count and fit. A clean ring and the right cage keep the later noise grade within reach.

Greasing & sealing / 注油脂压盖子

Grease is filled to the agreed quantity, then shields (ZZ) or seals (2RS / 2RZ) are pressed on. Fill weight and seal type are set with the customer for OEM lots; standard catalogue fill is used when no special request is made.

Noise testing / 噪音检测

Bearings are run on a noise / vibration tester and graded to the ordered level — ZV1 through ZV4, or EMQ / CM when specified. Grease, cage, seal and cleanliness all affect the reading, so they are chosen together with the grade rather than adjusted afterwards.

Visual inspection / 视觉外观检测

A final visual check looks for raceway marks, seal seating, chamfer condition and packing readiness before the lot moves to the packing station. Anything outside the inspection plan is held back.
